ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Ftcountrycp, operated by FURNITURE COUNTRY CORP., we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel a purchase. The following terms explain when cancellations are accepted and how requests are handled while maintaining efficient order processing and shipment of seed products.

ELIGIBILITY FOR CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
If an order has already been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer available.
Customers should submit requests within 24 hours of placing the order to improve the chance of approval.
Orders marked as Final Sale or Non Cancellable are not eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation requests may also be declined if the order is in transit or if unusual or suspected fraudulent activity is detected.

HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION

Send your request as soon as possible to info@ftcountrycp.com.
Include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will review the request and provide confirmation within 1 business day.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once a cancellation is approved, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 business days.
The refunded amount typically appears in the original account within 5 days depending on your financial institution.
If the order has already shipped, customers should follow the instructions provided in the Refund Policy after delivery.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Customers are encouraged to carefully review order details before completing payment.
If cancellation is requested due to duplicate purchases or incorrect address information, please provide complete details to help us resolve the matter efficiently.
