Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of confirmed delivery and meet these conditions:
Seeds must be unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging
Items cannot be custom orders or marked as Final Sale
Seeds must not show damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery
Full refunds will be granted if the issue is due to our fault, including but not limited to:
Wrong seed varieties sent
Damaged seeds upon arrival
Errors in fulfillment or shipping

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, contact us at info@ftcountrycp.com within 15 days of receiving your order

Please provide:
Your order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
We will review your request and reply within 1 business day to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions if necessary

Return Process
If a return is required, the item must be shipped back within 3 days of approval
Use a trackable shipping method
Once we receive and inspect the returned seeds, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days

Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
For returns initiated by the customer (such as change of mind), original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
For issues caused by FURNITURE COUNTRY CORP such as product defects or shipping errors, we will cover all shipping costs including the return and replacement shipment

Important Notes
Please keep your return tracking number until the refund process is complete
Requests made after 15 days or those not following these guidelines may be denied
Returned items failing inspection may not qualify for a refund
