At Ftcountrycp, we stand firmly behind the quality and condition of every seed we send out. If you encounter any problems with your order upon delivery, our exchange policy is designed to address the issue fairly and efficiently.

Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are possible only in the following cases
Seeds damaged during shipment
Incorrect seed variety or quantity received
Seeds that are clearly defective or unusable upon arrival
Please ensure the issue is not due to improper storage, handling, or usage after delivery.

Exchange Restrictions
Exchanges are not accepted for
Change of mind or personal preferences including color, size, flavor, or expected growth results
Germination issues caused by planting technique, soil conditions, watering, or environment
Requests made more than 15 days after delivery
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

How to Request an Exchange
Contact Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@ftcountrycp.com
Provide
Order number
Clear explanation of the problem
Photos of seeds and original packaging

Review and Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day
You will be informed whether your exchange is approved and if a return is needed

Returning the Item
If a return is necessary, you will receive a return address from our support team
Ship the item back using a trackable method

Replacement Shipment
Once the returned seeds arrive and pass inspection
We will send a replacement within 2 business days
Tracking information will be provided once the replacement ships

Shipping Costs
If the exchange is due to our mistake including damaged or incorrect items
All shipping expenses will be covered by FURNITURE COUNTRY CORP
For other approved exchanges
Return and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Packaging Instructions
Please keep the original packaging whenever possible
Seeds returned without proper protection may be damaged
Exchange requests may be declined if damage occurs due to insufficient or improper packaging.
