Seeds must be unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging
Items cannot be custom orders or marked as Final Sale
Seeds must not show damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery
Full refunds will be granted if the issue is due to our fault, including but not limited to:
Wrong seed varieties sent
Damaged seeds upon arrival
Errors in fulfillment or shipping
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, contact us at info@ftcountrycp.com within 15 days of receiving your order

Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
For returns initiated by the customer (such as change of mind), original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
For issues caused by FURNITURE COUNTRY CORP such as product defects or shipping errors, we will cover all shipping costs including the return and replacement shipment
